These terms apply when you use the TS Electronic Service app or website. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and live in Pakistan to open an account.
- Give us correct details. Orders and deliveries depend on your name, mobile number and address being right.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person should keep one account. Accounts created to abuse invite rewards or the Lucky Draw may be closed.
Prices, orders and delivery
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include the taxes shown at checkout.
- An order is a request to buy. It is confirmed once we accept it, and we may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or we cannot reach you.
- Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Delays can happen with couriers, weather or stock.
- Please check the item in front of the rider where possible. Tell us about damage or a wrong item within 24 hours of delivery.
Payment
- You can pay cash on delivery, from your TS Wallet, or by the other methods shown at checkout.
- Where a discount is offered for paying in advance, it is applied at checkout before you confirm.
- If a cash-on-delivery order is refused repeatedly without reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
TS Wallet
The TS Wallet is store credit with our shop. It is not a bank account and not a money transfer service. It pays no profit or interest, and it is meant for buying from us and for taking your own money back.
- Top-ups are checked by our staff before the balance appears, so allow a little time.
- You can ask to withdraw your balance to your own Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Requests are reviewed by our staff, and a monthly withdrawal limit applies — the app shows you how much you have left for the month.
- Enter the receiving number or account carefully. We send money to the details you give us, and money sent to a wrong number that you typed cannot always be recovered.
- If we find a top-up was not really received, or that the wallet is being used for fraud, we may hold or reverse the balance and close the account.
Invite rewards
You may receive a reward when someone you invite joins and places their first order. The reward amount is set by us and can change. Rewards from fake accounts, or from invites you send to yourself, will be removed.
Lucky Draw
- Each ticket has a price, and the draw is held on the date shown in the app.
- Winners are announced in the app. If you do not win, the ticket money is refunded to your TS Wallet as described in the draw's rules.
- We may cancel a draw if too few tickets are sold or if something goes wrong. If a draw is cancelled, ticket money is refunded.
- Our decision on the conduct of a draw is final, and staff of TS Electronic Service may not take part.
Returns and warranty
- Tell us within 24 hours if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, and we will repair, replace or refund it.
- Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled through the brand's service centre, and we will help you with the paperwork.
- Damage caused by wrong voltage, water, accidents or repairs by an outside technician is not covered.
Using the app properly
Please do not try to break into the app, use it to commit fraud, place orders you do not intend to accept, or copy the app's content for your own business. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We take responsibility for the products we sell and for delivering your order as described. We are not responsible for losses outside our control, such as courier delays, network or power failures, or wrong details you have entered. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Faisalabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
